Basic Concepts

The cell is the smallest living unit in both human and animal bodies, and as such, it is the foundation for the respective organism. This foundation remains in a stable, functional state as long as the balance between catabolic (degrading) and anabolic (building) processes is maintained. By stimulating certain pathways of cell metabolism, some degenerative processes can be stopped or mitigated, thereby partially preventing or alleviating health limitations for the organism.

Our formulations were developed in an interdisciplinary network of orthopedists, sports medicine specialists, molecular scientists, and veterinarians, going beyond classic supplementation and addressing functional metabolic processes at the cellular level.

The scientific foundation is based on over 12 years of dedicated analysis and development work and is secured by patents and clinical documentation.

Under the guiding principle of thinking about health from the cell upwards, we act as a specialized player at the intersection of molecular biology, veterinary medicine, and nutritional science.

Our Concept: Cell care = health care

Every body consists of billions of cells that perform, repair, and adapt every day. Our approach: We consistently think about nutrition and support from this level – where stress, renewal, and structure come together.

We do this with our formulas, which combine selected nutrients and peptide building blocks, to adress tissue structure, resilience, and everyday situations. In the case of our Gelenkfein®forte product range, we particularly aim to optimize the regeneration of joint cartilage, while with the Smartager®forte products, we pursue a broader prophylactic approach.

The 3-Component Concept: Signal, Building Blocks, Access

Simply put, the effects of our formulations are based on three types of components.

The Builder

These are specific peptide sequences (trigger sequences) that stimulate cellular renewal as a biochemical signal. While a young organism efficiently obtains these sequences through re-synthesis from dietary proteins (e.g., meat, pea or milk protein), this ability decreases with age and can also be insufficient under heavy stress or physical strain. The signal for regeneration then cannot compensate for degenerative processes.

The Building Materials

To implement the regenerative signal, the cell requires a complete spectrum of proteinogenic amino acids as well as tissue-specific components (e.g., glucosamine for cartilage or minerals for bones).

The Key

To enable signal transmitters and building materials to pass the cellular barrier, the formulations use the lock-and-key principle to optimize access to the "intracellular construction site."

In short: Signal, building blocks, and access must interlock, otherwise the effects of the individual components cannot be translated into reality.

Deepen Your Knowledge

Our concepts were developed in a network of professionals from medicine, practice, and science. Over more than 12 years, formulations have been developed and tested that go beyond classic nutritional supplements and specifically address functional processes in the body.

Patents and scientific documentation record key aspects of this development. We are working to translate findings from molecular biology and nutritional science into practical everyday products.
